Minimum Bachelors of Science with chemistry or equivalent.
Work Experience in production brewing of 4-5 years as a shift Brewer.
Should have practical experience of brewing, Brewing Management & Brew Planning. Handling of shift operations as per production schedule with optimum cleanliness& hygiene standards.
Prepare store requisitions and issue to inventory in time & involve in ERP Management.
Have an efficient liaison with 01C, Engineering & Packaging personnel.
Carry out filtration and brewing activities according to standard procedure.
Carrying out yeast cropping, pitching and purging activities maintaining minimum losses of beer.
Check the CIP and CIP reports are being performed according to the instructions and to report for any deviation.
Preparation of departmental reports as per requirement.
