JOB VACANCY FOR SR. SALES MANAGER (ON PREMISE)
ROLE Of THE SR SALES MANAGER:
The Sr. Manager, On Premise Channel shall be responsible for driving superior sales performance through the development, delivery and activation of on premise channel strategies. The candidate shall use their creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to help our on premise sales teams to grow our beer volume, revenue and share. They will be accountable for forging internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally to develop a plan focused on winning in the on premise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and Implement 'always on' programs that engage shoppers and showcase our brands.
• Identify macro trends & opportunities and develop a plan for support across priority channels and regions.
• Responsible for sampling strategy and programs lot the on premise channel.
• Provide sales teams with channel specific selling tools that can be leveraged to secure promotional support
• Support Regional Marketing in the development of regional customer programs,
• Collaborate with merchandising solutions team to deliver effective merchandising materials.
• Communicate programs and selling materials to regional sales reams.
• Manage overall channel activation budget
• Execution of Post Program Analysis.
• Manage agency partners.
