Job Description

Shift Brewers: Few

  • Bachelor of Science in Food & Technology or BSc. in Chemistry from a recognized University.
  • A brewing degree from an accredited institution is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in production brewing.
  • Must have operational experience in MMI House, Brew House, Fermentation, Filtration & OP section.
  • The incumbent must also have experience of SCADA operations.
