Job Description

Regional Sales Managers (RSM): - Few

Graduate with more than 5 years of experience in direct selling of FMCG Products preferably in the beverage industry.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Constantly monitor and support the distribution channel (distributor/dealers/retailers) in the designated region.
Create sales & marketing budget, projections, analysis and reports.
Ability to achieve assigned Sales Target, analyze market trends & provide feedback and ability to supervise & motivate the deputed sales team.
