1. Manage strategic HR functions for Company including workforce planning, employee engagement, remuneration and benefits, leadership development, talent identification and succession planning
2. Working knowledge in Provident Fund (PF), Social Securities Fund (SSF)
3. Conduct interviews, payroll management, appraisal, exit interviews
4. Recruiting, training and developing staff; Advising employees on employment policies and procedures
5. Monitoring staff performance and attendance
6. Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives
7. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, merit increases; attendance and leave management
