Job Description

  • Looking after an interior design of the hotel
  • Measurements of the area and suggestions for the international design
  • work as per the international standard of the hotel
  • suggest for the improvement
  • To make the revised Architectural drawing for the existing building as the current drawing is not complete.
  • Validate all beam, pillar, and structural locations with all sizes and mark them on the plan.
  • Create the Architectural and Structural drawings with specs for the proposed new construction inside and outside the building.
  • Validate the interplay of all the MEP plans, bathrooms, and corridors
  • Design the external areas including the Building facade as external balconies and piping are being run on the outside.
  • Design the external fire escape staircases and elevator for connecting the Ground floor and another connection floor.
  • Design the layout and ID for the Rooftop.
