We are the exclusive partner of German multinational organization, DB Schenker and have been providing high class and customer-friendly services in the field of global freight forwarding from/to Nepal to anywhere in the world. We work in close liaison with various transport service providers in shipping, air cargo, road cargo, trade bodies, export promotion councils and other agencies.

Position Purpose/Job Summary

The main purpose of this position is to oversee all human resource management operations across branches and ensure they’re aligned with the company’s business goals contributing to the development of the company’s business strategy, value, and mission. The position also requires an overall management of administration services to ensure smooth day to day operations of the company.

Position Supervised


Financial Authority

Admin Purchase as per approval of Managing Director.

Decision Making Authority

Decisions with the direction and approval of the MD.

Networking, Coordination & Relationship



MD, ED, GM, HODs, Supervisors, Staff Members, Branches,

Insurance Company, Lawyers, HR & Admin Support Providers i.e., ICT, Training Providers, Logistics and Maintenance Service Providers, Security, Banks, Network service providers, Vendors, OCR, FID, Business Companies, customer groups and other National & International Partners.

The position is accountable for the following responsibilities that is not limited to:


To support the management team to formulate strategic objectives and assist to deliver as per the set business goals

  • Policy formulation and implementation
  • HR & Admin team management
  • Maintaining employee relations
  • Asset management
  • Employee database and payroll management
  • Setting company business targets and planning
  • Professional & personal development of employees
  • People management and capacity building
  • ISO Requirements and regulation

Person Specification



A bachelor’s degree in business management/Human Resources or Organizational Development or similar discipline


Master’s Degree in related Field















Knowledge & Skills

  • Human Resources functional capabilities: Recruitment, HR Metrics, Remuneration, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Change Management


  • Knowledge of employee relations organizational requirements & Nepal Labor Law


  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition


  • Good understanding of the challenges facing the marketing at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the market.


  • Assertive and emotionally stable and with stand pressures
