We are looking for an account executive to look after our foreign receivables and payables.

A brief description to highlight the position and role is as per  below:

Experience: 2+ years in related field

Job Description

  • To correspond with overseas offices for payables and receivables.
  • To reconcile statement of accounts with service providers.
  • To prepare bank documents for payment.
  • Entry of income and expenses
  • Preparing vouchers
  • Raising invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Other accounting related tasks

 Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and account settlement skills.
  • Excellent accounting knowledge
  • Team-player
