Organization Summary
United World Schools Nepal is a charity with the aim of providing quality education to children living in faraway rural villages of Nepal through modern teaching and learning methodology. Since its inception in late 2015, the organization has successfully constructed 44 schools in Sankhuwasabha and Gulmi district, thus enrolling and ensuring quality education to over 7000 children. In UWS Nepal-managed schools, the quality of education is maintained by formulating a need-based curriculum and introducing well-researched methodologies that allow for greater innovation in the classroom and greater engagement between the in-class lessons and real life. Further, UWS Nepal pro-actively invests in quality education for girls in marginalized communities to empower young women to create better prospects for their families and their futures.
