Job scope:
The job holder is responsible to report to our Life Skills Manager and work closely with Education Manager and Education Officers on the ground. As a part of Students Life skills development, HPF has developed different training modules focusing on developing students' cognitive, emotional, physical, social, relationship, thinking and citizenship skills.
Qualification & Experience: At least bachelor’s degree in social science or any other discipline with sound knowledge and experience in the areas of establishing life skills classes in the project schools, training focal teachers and facilitating life/soft skills to the school students. Persons experienced in RUPANTARAN package are highly encouraged to apply.

Human Practice Foundation’s development projects are shaped by a business and investments based approach. The objective of the projects funded by the Foundation is to assist our local partners, to jointly, create a sustainable livelihood for themselves and their communities. This entails developing innovative skills and methods in agriculture, and improving education by generating conditions favourable to teaching and learning. The result of our investments is rated according to how many children attend school, how many women that are employed or the growth, on a socioeconomic level, of the local community.
