Skills and Qualifications :
• MBA/MBS from a reputed college/university
• At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in related field
• Must have good communication skill in both English and Nepali
• Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
• Should have good knowledge of graphic designing and illustration (Photoshop, Free Hand, Illustrator, Core! Draw etc.)
Job Specifications :
• Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• ATL promotions, brandings and activities
• Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
• Communicate with clients, evaluate their needs and specifications
• Ensure the effective operation of the business, satisfaction of clients to achieve accelerating and sustainable growth
• Maintain good relation with external agencies for creative, marketing campaigns, PR agency and marketing activities
