Job Description
Calculation of leaves and look after attendance of each staffs of the organization.
Look after administrative tasks.
Look after vacancy announcement, screening applications, recruitment procedure, correct placement etc.
Coordinating with staffs and management.
Plan for the training and development of the employees.
Look after the revision and update of HR polices.
Job Specification
Should have worked at least 2 - 3 years in the field of HR Services.
Should have good interpersonal skills.
Should have good spoken and written English-and Nepalese language.
Should have good computer skills.
