Channel Sales Head – 1

  • MBA with 7 years experience or BBA with 10 years experience in related field

Job Description

  • Analyses past trend, present dynamics and market potential and forecast aggressive business plan to meet the company objective.
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our prospects.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  • Stay up to date with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicatelatest information about products.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Assist marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Develop responsive sales team who enjoys challenges and take pride in converting threat into opportunity.
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  • Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Spotting market opportunities in new areas and networking with other prospects hardware in order to generate new business for the company.
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against planning and reporting on variances.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business. Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.
