Job Description

Project Sales Head– 1

  • MBA with 7 years experience in related field
  • BE in Civil Engineering is preferred
  • Knowledge of Chinese language in both written & spoken is additional advantage

Job Description

  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales/revenue of the project department.
  • Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures as per the company’s policies and norms.
  • Allocate sales & collection target to project team and keep tracking on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Run the negotiations with the customer and secure the business to the agreed margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sale process.
  • Prepare sales proposals and tender to customers and salespersons.
  • Participate and contribute with the various risk assessments in order to ensure the proper balance between revenue and market share.
  • Chart out and monitor sales proposals and tenders, follow up statistics concerning sales proposals.
  • Actively support that payments from the customer are received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Actively assist other departments to ensure that contracts are executed correctly.
  • Organize and coordinate post-sales marketing activities.
  • Tracking and timely reporting of competitors’ activity and update management accordingly along with the recommendation.
  • Have a close liaison with the Technical Cell/labs and production team.
  • Rigorously follow up the existing projects and the projects in pipeline.
  • Site visit as per requirement.
  • Implement schemes/promotions as decided by the management in an effective way so that the desired result is achieved.
  • Prioritize effectively in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitors’ information, identify trends and recommend action plan.
  • Market visit (sales tour) as and when necessary.
  • Prepare and send periodical reports to the management.
  • Should generate excellent personal rapport with the key parties for long term business relationship.
  • Develop the best responsible team.
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.
