Area Sales Manager – 3(Butwal -1, Sagarmatha -1, Hetauda -1)
MBA with 3 years experience or BBA with 6 years experience in related field
Develop and initiate all plans/policies and strategies to achieve established sales volume as well as revenue goals in the assignedterritory.
Handle distribution network and retail channel for assigned region.
Set target of the assigned territory as per the trend/potential and company objective and expectation from the area.
Allocate target to sales team and track/review and take corrective action as per requirement on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Plan and implement all the sales and marketing related activities.
Ensure effective product distribution planning and effective implementation.
Track and timely report competitors’ activity and update management accordingly with effective recommendation.
Analyze and deliver accurate long-term and short-term forecast after studying all the variables.
Monitor business trend and direct adjustment to revenue maximization strategies.
Cater major accounts personally and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Management.
Meet the target as assigned by the management of the company.
Train and develop sales and sales support staffs.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue of the company.
Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth of the company.
Provide quarterly results of sales staff's productivity.
Reinforce company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Plan and control all the sales and marketing budget effectively.
Supervise contractual performance.
Frequent travel as per requirement.
Extend full support to marketing department to implement brand strategies.
Prioritize action plan effectively in accordance with corporate objectives.
Set the vision for the region and develop and adhere to a business plan to attain this vision.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability.
Explore special projects within assigned territory to get the maximum business.
Ensure cordial relation with different labs with the region.
Maintain healthy relationship with the existing customers.
Reconcile of account with all related buyer quarterly and keep update.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
