• Administer front desk of the programme office • Communicate with volunteers and Country office on administrative and logistics matters • Provide secretarial support to the country office • Administer store and inventories of office supplies (stationery) |

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or intermediate level with several years of experience in similar capacity • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Excel, Power Point) • Able to manage time and tight schedules, working effectively under pressure |
| • Experience working with international NGOs (desirable) |
