To support the Sisters for Sisters’ Education in Nepal project by leading child protection and advocacy activities of the project. Mainstream child protection and child rights in activities of intervention. Build capacity of staff and other key stakeholders (i.e. big sisters, adult champions, little sisters) on child protection and child rights. Provide technical support in the education sector to DEO staff, head teachers, and teachers. Identify needs and gaps in programming and proactively suggest new approaches/strategies to enhance activities. Draft field visit and monthly reports in addition to other reporting tasks as per donors and partners requirements. |
You must have Master’s degree in Social work, Psychology or relevant field with at least 5 years work experience in the sector of child protection and child rights particularly working with women, children and youth. Very good understanding of child protection issues and policies and other key technical areas of child protection programming. You must be Nepali citizen. |
