Assignment: Communications and Media Consultancy for the promotion of Hamro Coffee Project interventions and identified Coffee Tourism products
Funded by the European Union and implemented since March 2017 by the ICCO Cooperation led consortium with Centre for Environmental and Agricultural Policy, Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED) and Nepal Coffee Producers Association (NCPA), the ‘Hamro Coffee Project’ aims at expanding sustainable income opportunities for Nepalese coffee farmers and traders through the enhancement of a market driven speciality coffee sector. Among the activities, the project strategy calls for increasing the demand of quality assured specialty coffee in domestic market by expanding the scope of Nepalese specialty coffee in emerging urban centres in the country.
Scope of the services:
The consortium is inviting proposals from eligible consultants to develop a media strategy and plan for the promotion of
Coffee harvesting and processing techniques ( improvements introduced by the project)
Coffee tourism products (identified by the project through a market research on potential of coffee tourism in Nepal)
This term of reference specifies the Scope of Work and key deliverables expected of the consultant within a 2 months period of consultancy.
Interested individuals/companies should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and sound knowledge of the AIN Code of Conduct and its implications on the organization. Excellent networking skills and established leads with media houses is crucial to be demonstrated with references of past media campaigns orchestrated by the consultant.
