Job Description

Manage employees by establishing a recruiting and selection program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews.

Conducting orientation and training programs

Conduct performance evaluations
-
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws

Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of position availability

Arrange for training activities
-
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
-
Responsible for smooth human resource management process in the company.
Job Specification
-
Should have Masters degree with specialization in human resource management
-
Should have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource Department with more than 100 staffs
-
Should have sound knowledge in MS-Excel and Word.

Should be able to have high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interactions
-
Should have excellent knowledge of Employment Acts and Regulations of Nepal
-
Age should not exceed 35 years.
