Job Description
Capable to handle product segment under IT department like ATM Machines, ATM Management Suit, Cash Deposit Machines, Cheque Deposit Machines, Information Kiosks, POS.
Must possess full technical knowledge about all their products.
Must be able to handle the junior IT trainees and train them to provide excellent
performance.
Full product knowledge should be gained through in office training and self learning.
Providing demo or Proof of concept to required clients.
Taking care of all technical issues during demo and rectifying them.
Problem Diagnostic.
Communicating problems to the parent company and solving issues.
Training the IT members of the team about product, issues, diaognistics etc.
Deploying Self Service machines – Installation and training at client site.
Job Specification
Should be at least a Bachelors degree holder in Electronics, Hardware, Computer software Engineering or related fields.
Should hold a valid Driving License (for Bike)
Should have a fluency in speaking Nepali & English.
Experience of 3 – 5 years. (Experience in ATM industry will be added advantage)
Excellent fluency in technology understanding, communication and interpretation.
Have the ability to guide and train junior technicians and act as a head.
Excellent communication skills in email writing with parent company & clients.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership skills
Ability to meet service targets and goals
Capability of handling the Technical and support side of a complete Product Segment.
