Assist in clerical responsibilities

Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers

Handle Bank, Tax and VAT related work

Develop and maintain a filing system
-
Manage the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments.

Provide service in the day-to-day delivery of responsive, effective and efficient administrative activities.

Other duties as assigned.
Job Specification

Vehicle / License is compulsory

Knowledge of account will be an added advantage

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Email/Internet, Outlook

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
