Job Description

  • Work closely with the CEO/MD and other senior executive management to develop and maintain company's sound financial strategies/systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Company Act, Labor Laws and other applicable rules and regulations.
  • Develop, review and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop and track monthly/quarterly/annual budget and take corrective actions as per company's goal. 
  • Conduct company’s internal financial audits and support in external audits.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
  • Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues and gaps.
  • Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
  • Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
  • Monthly Salary disbursement.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to the subordinates in the team.
