Summary of the position:
Responsible for overall planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of School WASH and Menstrual Hygiene Management Program and other assigned donor/s program/s of the organization.
Line Manager:
Regional Manager will be the immediate line manager.
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in proposal preparation for the above program as per the organization strategy and donor requirement.

Responsible for drawing annual program planning and budgeting for the above program in coordination with related sections of respective regional offices and HQ.

Oversee and make critical analysis and review on the quality aspect of the project based on the agreed plans and its outcome and keep systematic record of the baseline, progress, monitoring and evaluation activities.

Carry out frequent field visits to ensure the quality and performance of the program and provide periodic feedback to field level staff and other stakeholders.

Closely work in coordination with stakeholders (Education Sector, Health Sector, D-WASH CC, Child club, PTA, SMC, Private sector and other relevant agencies) at regional, district, and community level.

Facilitate and carry out meeting, training, orientation and workshop in relation to program. Initiate and carryout study, research, advocacy and documentation of learning experiences, success case studies on health, sanitation and other social aspects.

Support in the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual progress and completion report.

Manage any other specific project related task as assigned by the line manager

The position is based in Chitwan.

Six month probationary period extendable to one year contract with satisfactory performance and thereafter renewable on a yearly basis.

Salary and other conditions will be as per the rules of the organization.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting Salary NRS 23350.00 per Month

Dearness Allowance NRS 8500.00

15% Medical Allowance of starting salary
