Job Description

 

  1. Managing Labors and Materials at the site.
  2. Co-ordinating with engineer and project manager for the smooth running of the project
  3. Preparing labor records, equipment records, and material records at the site. 
  4. Monitoring whether the work is being done with the correct method or not. 
  5. Following the schedule for timely completion of the project. 
  6. Ensuring construction is being done safely and complying with all safety measures required. 
  7. Educating construction workers and laborers regarding good construction practice, discipline, and site safety measures. 
  8. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely completion of tasks. 

Job Specification

  1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Management or Business Administration. 
  2. Minimum 5 Years of experience in construction work
  3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Should have good knowledge of computer operation.
  5. Strong project management abilities.
  6. Should have good leadership skills.
