Job Description

He/she will be accounted for following responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for maintaining vouchers, journal entries. 
  2. Stock keeping and maintaining stock book.
  3. Submit daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
  4. Maintaining vehicle service log book, fuel consumption status and overall management of asset.
  5. Maintaining account as required by tax law.
  6. Making party reconciliation and bank reconciliation.

Job Specification

He/she is required to have the following qualification and set of skills:

  1. Fluency in both Nepali and English Languages both writing, verbal, and typing.
  2. Strong command of MS Office Package.
  3. Competent in accounting software like Tally, Swastik, Busy, and other similar software.
  4. He/she should be able to work under pressure and tackle the situation.
