Job Description
Qualifications and Experience
Masters’ degree in international development, Inclusive/Special ECCD or Education with 7 years of experience in development sector;
Prior experience working in any of the following area(s) of inclusive ECCD, inclusive education, systems strengthening, use of digital/contactless education solutions, multi-sectoral programming in education;
Understanding of the barriers to education for disadvantaged groups, particularly in Nepal;
Experience managing a diverse team with strong interpersonal skills;
Proven experience working collaboratively with partners and building capacity of government bodies and local NGOs;
Commitment to child rights, gender equality and social inclusion; and
Fluent oral and strong analytical, written English communications skills is required.
Preferred qualifications:
USAID-funded program experience
Knowledge of local languages and of the proposed impact areas
