Preparing sales strategy for company broken down into region and products according to the dealers feedback and daily meetings
Preparing of target letters for all dealers with their consultation
Conducting regular meeting with member of sales team in order to discuss about the present sales and move of the competitors
Calling/Visiting to dealers so as to know about their problem, sales position as well as payment position both inside and outside valley
Carrying out product analysis such as analysis of company’s own products, price, place and promotions to form marketing strategies – price comparison chart between different brands must be updated on a monthly basis
Giving advices and suggestions to Director(s) on the basis of product and competitors analysis
Increasing the dealers network to intensify the reach of products
Preparing sales report as per requirement placed by directors
Ensuring after sales services are provided best and on timely manner
Expanding market through research
Taking approval of party before dispatch of any goods to new parties and collection of VAT certificates of all new parties before goods dispatch
Visiting competitors’ stores to know about their strategies in order to carry out competitors’ analysis
Providing credit notes and money receipt notes to the dealers
