Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
Orientation of employees
Training and Development
Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
Handling performance management of the staff
Develop performance plans for the employees
Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
Any other HR related matters that may arise
Preferably some HR experience in manufacturing and trading company
Good knowledge of HR systems familiarity with HR software HRIS is preferred
Fluency in both English and Nepali
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
Good communication skills
Good quantitative skills
Good analytical skill to solve problems
Good interpersonal skills for dealing with people from banks and government offices
Sound knowledge on banking procedures and insurance
