Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will provide technical leadership for all M&E activities of the project.
Qualifications include: A Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years' experience in M&E (including experience in governance and/or capacity development programming). Skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, sampling techniques and establishing M&E systems.
