• Manage Vendor Operations Team of 3-5 people
• Ensure smooth running of the order processing system so that the orders are processed within the standard time set by Daraz in order to provide an excellent customer experience
• Coordinate with vendors regarding day to day order processing and operations
• Enforcing vendors to fulfil orders within the set time period.
• Observe and solve the issues related to packaging standards and stock updates of items
• Coordinate with the third party logistics company to solve the issues that arise related to the assigned vendors

Qualification required

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering disciplines from top university
• 1- 2 years of experience in a managerial role in banking, consulting, sales or marketing
• Highly data-oriented and comfortable with numbers
• Proficient in Excel - lookups, pivot-table, data visualization and so on
