Lead a team of 4-6 designers and front end developers

Be the owner of the Daraz website and app
-
Manage all campaigns going on and off
-
Develop campaign implementation plans with marketing and design
-
Maintain continuous QC of the website and app
-
Monitor key metrics of all campaigns and the Daraz platform in general
-
Take actions based on performance of all onsite assets
-
Come up with strategies to increase conversion
-
Provide design input with business perspective
Qualification required
-
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business disciplines
-
Min. 2 years of working experience a project manager
-
Knowledge of Design principles, experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
-
Good with Excel, Data Analysis, Reporting and Presentation
-
Go-getter and can-do attitude
