Scope and General Purpose

Under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager and  within the limits of TIANBOl policies; oversee, direct and provide Human Resources functions and facilities for all employees in the property.

1.         Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and process employment requisitions (Authorization to Hire form).
  • Develop and maintain the departmental employee files and HRIS.
  • Arrange Interview.
  • ​​​​​​​Prepare Employment Contract for all new employees. Monitoring monthly re contract preparation for all Employee.
  • ​​​​​​​Process employee services requests from the Human Resources department (i.e. letters, salary certificates, passport requisitions, leave requests, advance request etc.)
  • ​​​​​​​Track annual leave and sick leave accruals and usage and leaves of absence.
  • ​​​​​​​Keep record and track of compensation & benefits:medical, hospital and insurance,travelling
  • ​​​​​​​Assist in preparation of monthly attendance,income tax, SSB and life insurance, overtime,medical Check up & travelling
  • ​​​​​​​Keep track of staff ovements:transfers, promotions, termination and report to Manager for payroll preparation
  • ​​​​​​​Prepare payroll and payslip for monthly basic.
  • ​​​​​​​Prepare department advance request and make for the clearance.
  • ​​​​​​​Responsible for department purchase requests and order concerning needs.
  • ​​​​​​​Responsible for employees uniforms, ID card and visa etc and stock controlling
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to create, manage and maintain up-to-date, orderly,neat and accurate filing systems.
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Responsibility for the overall work performance of a company and management of office environment.​​​​​​​E
  • Ensure all necessary Training documents, attendance records, course evaluation summaries are filed or recorded.
  • ​​​​​​​Monthly employee birthday list are posted on the Notice Board and wish concerned Employee daily.
  • ​​​​​​​Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure thay have been handled properly

2. General Responsibilities

  • ​​​​​​​Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and high standard of social skills
  • ​​​​​​​Promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations
  • ​​​​​​​Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image to clients and colleagues
