Regional Project Manager (RPM )/Project Manager PM

1. Responsible for the overall work of the region;
2. First responsibility of safety and quality within own region;
3. Responsible for achieve the target of the regional economic indicators issued by the Office;
4. Review the region's engineering planning report, project budget;
5. Coordination of the region's projects resources and cost-sharing, etc;
6. Assist marketing department to complete the project market development within regional ;
7. Assist human resource management recruitment local resources in the region;
8. Responsible for the customer satisfaction in the region;
9. Grants jurisdiction take action  rewards and punishments engineers according to their performance in the regional, adjust  allowance within two level basis on original ,subsidies, after the implementation of the project manager review;
10. Responsible for all operations within the project area, supervise project managers and engineers to strict accordance with customer requirements and specifications, to ensure construction quality and safety, and meet the requirements of progress, solve the problems promptly and reported according the relevant regulation;
11. According to relevant provisions， Timely and accurate Submit office related projects weekly engineering report, project files, and output value, performance evaluation form;
12. Performance appraisal of the project managers and engineers and other personnel in the region, communicate the evaluation results with the relevant staff;
