Project Director

1. Responsible for all the work of the project department;
2. The first responsibility of the project department of safety and quality;
3. Make recommendations and take appropriate measures on personnel appointment and deployment of human resources within the scope of the PMO responsibility and authority;
4. Responsible for the completion and achieve the various economic indicators target of the project department issued. (new contract, the output value, profits, payment, etc.)；
5. Responsible for auditing each project planning and project budget report, tracking and monitoring their implementation;
6. Control, supervision and management the project department processes, such as project progress, quality, safety, cost control, staff rational use, documentation examined and engineering Reimbursement, etc. make reasonable suggestions or guidance in time for the existing problems;
7. Assist marketing department to complete the project market development ;
8. According to customer satisfaction, take  timely action corrective and preventive, make continual improvement plan and implementation.
