Provide Coaching and training to employees at all levels of the organization.
Investigate incidents and analyse trends, work closely with Human Resources Department to work through root cause of injuries.
Ensure all Employees compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
Report on health and safety awareness and issues to all Concerned Department Heads and Human Resources.
