Job Description

This position holder will have responsibility to desk review of the sub-offices and sub awardees financial reports.

S/he will also be responsible for preparing financial reports.

S/he should visit to partner and sub offices to ensure can compliance are met and provide supervision, monitoring & coaching. In addition to,

  • Review and monitoring to ensure sub awardee financial management in accordance with donors and HKI guidelines. International and national accounting standards.
  • Ensure smooth operation of FAINTS in sub offices and sub awardees.
  • Assist in preparation budget for sub offices and  sub awardee in  consultation with program team
  • Oversee inventory control system

Required :

  • Master degree in accounting or business management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions organization
  • Knowledge of  USAID rules and regulation is a must Experience with accounting and Internal control procedures
  • Willing to travel to rural settings frequently
