Job Description

ITAssociate is responsible for managing the HKI's technology resources and support facilities, including the server, local, wide, wireless. Internet, and Intranet networks, telephone systems. plans. organizes, and controls all related software programs, day to day information technology resource activities and collaborates with the IS Officer

  • Ensure HKI's information technology activities are secure and stable
  • Develop and implement information technology architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs
  • Manage IT hardware including installation and routine maintenance of technological peripherals, event tracking and monitoring according to agency standards
  • Communicate and coordinate with HID staff and IT/IS related vendors
  • Prepare and compile and evaluate reports on staff email,

Requirement for the job

• Bachelor degree in information technologies and management
• Minimum 1 year's hands on experience in similar organizations.
• Strong IT skills Excellent written and spoken Nepaii and English.

This unique program provides free vision screenings and prescription eyeglasses to students living in poverty in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.
