Separate zone for incoming and outgoing production.
Makes plans and schedule for the jobs assigned.
Responsible for doing quality work.
Taking care of finishing costing.
Preparing daily finishing section production report.
Maintaining inventory of consumables in this finishing section and required accessories for packing and other activities.
Follow up the inventory of garment received in the finishing department.
Preparing the report of the surplus garment after shipment.
Prepare report for damaged and rejected garments.
Follow production department/ washing department.
Maintain Floor Discipline.
Need to check final checking production as a Quality Controller
Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production.
Taking Care of workers health and safety who are working in the finishing section.
Job Specification
Strong production leadership quality with problems solving skills.
Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team workers of staffs.
Good Knowledge and skills in computing.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.
Good in planning and analytical skills.
Good team player, well – organized, initiatives.
