Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on day-to-day basis.
Check and ensure that all executive room, public areas company territory/ areas are clean and well – maintained.
Ensure that each member of the housekeeping team understands the organizations cleaning procedure especially new employees.
Draw up duty rosters.
Counsel employees, on various duties and on work related issues.
Maintain a time log book for all employees within the department.
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
Cleaning up skills with appropriate equipment.
Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
Collecting and disposing of trash.
