Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out.
Keeping a record and restocking the store accordingly.
Ensure that the store is kept organized.
Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock room.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
Preparing detailed reports on buying items.
Maintain and follow up of all imported oriented items on stock register.
Ensure all accessories supply to the factory according to consumption.
Exercise general control over all activities in stores department.
Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular store’s items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
Verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase delivery as per the purchase note and the quantity has been received.
