Job Description

Job Description:

  • Establish and cultivate relationship with company's clients
  • Respond to client inquiries and apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to fine solution to client issues
  • Develop sales proposals and reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be asigned by management from time to time

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service/printing/press is highly desirable

Requirement/ Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills in both English and Nepali - Should be willing to work as part of a team
  • Excellent planning, organizing and follow up skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
