Bachelors in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in workshop handling
Excellent team management and customer handling skills

Major Resposnibilities:

Manage proper functioning of workshop.
Ensure customer satisfaction, handle difficult customer complaints
Ensure timely & quality service at workshop
Plan and organize service promotion activities
Equip workshop with all necessary tools & equipment
