Required Competencies:

  • Bachelors in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 1 years of experience OR Diploma in Automobile Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in automobile customer care.
  • Excellent team management and customer handling skills

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely & quality service at workshop within the estimated cost.
  • Maintain work distribution control and ensure utilization of available capacity
  • Check work progress, provide decision for replacement of spare parts 
  • Control job allocation and mechanic allocation  
  • Coordinate in organizing service promotion activities
  • Motivate and develop technicians
