Required Competencies:

Graduate in Management
At least 1 year of experience in finance/credit funtions (preferably in a bank/finance company)
Excellent computer and reporting skills
Good communicaton and persuasion skills
Valid two wheeler driving license

Major Responsibilities:

Identify potential customer
Visit customer’s site to gather requisite information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
Complete documentation process of customers as stated by Credit Policy
Obtain credit report from Credit Information Centre Limited (CICL) and if required from other BFIs before processing any credit files for approval
Prepare credit appraisal of loan customer and process
Obtain all the security documents and other loan documents signed by the customer for credit implementation
Liaise between Bank and customer for ownership transfer
Prior reminders to all customers for regular installment payments
Rigorous follow up of regularly defaulted customers to regularize installments
