Required Competencies:

Master degree, preferably MBA
Working experience in the field of sales and marketing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A pro-active, self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
Needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

Major Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and monitor marketing strategies and activities
Coordinate with ad agency to develop and finalize ad material
Perform post advertisement test and analyze effectiveness of advertisement
Monitor and keep record of various advertisement of competitors
Data analysis of product and market share
Support Sales to increase the market share and meet the monthly and annual target
Support sales to make the scheme and track the effectiveness of all scheme launched by the company
