Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Application , other relevant educational degree
MS Dynamics Nav 2013 Technical training/certification (preferred)
Development/Support experience in MS Dynamics Nav 2013
Knowledge of MS SQL, Networking and windows applications
Good knowledge of software development life cycle
Knowledge of Account/Business process will be an advantage
Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Responsibilities

Assist in providing end user support to Sipradi staff in using Navision ERP
Interact with cross-functional management and technical consultants to document and deliver user issue-resolution
Create reports in JetReports for capturing data from MS Dynamics NAV system
Work as a team player in the organization to support IT activities
Document knowledge base for common issues
Develop and document best practices for support process improvements
