Qualification and Competencies:
Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Development, Civil Engineering, Disaster Risk Reduction/ Management or equivalent At least seven years working experience in similar field. Excellent working knowledge in urban planning and development. Working experience in development field and donor funded projects is preferred, mainly the DFID.
