Qualification and Requirement
Masters degree in any subject.
At least 5 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects with working in multi donor contexts.
Capable to develop guidelines, methods and approaches for M&E system.
Experience in computer or web based monitoring system will be an advantage.
Good negotiation, coordination and communication skills including fluency in English.
Excellent writing and information management skills including writing journal articles, research reports and case studies. Leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Ample knowledge on data base management with knowledge of database management and analysis software.
