Job Description

 

Qualification and Requirement

  • Masters degree in international development or related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Substantial experiences in non-government development sector with at least 5 years of work experience in successful proposal development for major donor agencies.
  • Good negotiation, coordination and communication skills including fluency in English.
  • Excellent writing skills including editing and formatting. Good organization and reporting skills with a high level of computer competency.
