Training Officer

Job Description

Basic training will be provided related to job activities.

• Prepare a database of clients 
• Daily email and follow up to new potential client and old client
• Quarterly/Monthly and Daily check the training schedule on;
  • Leadership
  • Communication
  • Motivation
  • ISO standards 9001, 14001, 18001, 17025 and other potential standards
• Prepare travel pan and approval from top management and communicate to tutor.
• Preparation of handout, circulation, schedule, report, and necessary documents related to training
• Assist in fixing an appointment for top management on the topmost client in need basis
• The counseling & implementation of the decision model from the top management.
• Assist in the preparation of the report of gap analysis and documentation related to assigning consultancy unit and certification unit.
• Prepare business proposal and keep the record up-to-date & report to top-management.
• Conduct Meeting on progress report fortnightly about training & certification and document on the Progress Review Meeting in presence with Project Coordinator
• Daily reporting regarding progress about training to Chairman
• Other jobs need to perform as per the priority assign by Chairman

Attraction: International training course shall be provided to called Lead Auditor Course for ISO 9001

Language: Fluent in English and Nepali

Condition: Two Wheeler Driving license

Enthusiasm: Any time Field visit in the area of Nepal (basically city area)
